Aftermarket Analytics – Suppliers View

The Suppliers view provides a detailed breakdown of purchasing activity by supplier and brand. This view allows users to understand where spend is concentrated across suppliers, how that spend is distributed by category, and which parts drive purchasing volume.


Grouping Levels

The Locations view uses Grouping Levels to control how data is summarized and expanded in the table.

Up to three grouping levels can be applied.

Grouping Level Options

Option

Description

Supplier Name

Groups spend by supplier.

Supplier Brand

Groups spend by brand.

Part Group

Groups spend by high-level part category.

PO Number

Groups by purchase order.

Part Number

Groups by individual part.

Grouping levels allow you to drill from location-level totals into supplier, purchase order, or part-level detail.


Suppliers Table – Field Descriptions

The table displays location-level summary data with expandable rows for detailed transaction information.

Field Name

Description

Supplier Name

The PartsTech supplier from which parts were purchased.

Supplier GMV

Total dollar spend attributed to the supplier.

Grouping Level 1

The primary grouping dimension selected.

Level 1 GMV

Total spend for the Level 1 grouping value.

Grouping Level 2

The secondary grouping dimension selected.

Level 2 GMV

Total spend for the Level 2 grouping value.

Grouping Level 3

The third grouping dimension selected.

Level 3 GMV

Total spend for the Level 3 grouping value.

Date Paid

Date the purchase order was completed.

Supplier Brand

Brand associated with the purchased part.

Part Type

Category of the part purchased.

Part Number

Manufacturer or supplier part number.

Quantity

Number of units purchased.

Price

Unit price of the part.

GMV

Total dollar value of the line item (Quantity × Price).
