Working with Filters

KB Article #8739

The MSO Performance Portal uses a unified, inline filtering system that displays at the top of each reporting tab. Filters allow you to refine charts, maps, and tables to focus on specific time periods, suppliers, shops, parts, vehicles, and users.

Filters apply automatically as selections are made. There is no separate “apply” or “select filters” action required.

Using Filters

Filters are displayed directly below the tab navigation on each page.

To filter the data:

  1. Click into any filter field (for example, Supplier Name or Date Paid).

  2. Select one or more values.
  3. The dashboard updates automatically as selections are made.

To clear a filter, remove the selected value(s) from the field.
